Lace base closures are breathable, transparent, and allows your scalp color to show through. Silk bases are not as breathable, are not transparent, and come with a base that mimics the scalp.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase in original packaged condition with original sales receipt. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). Inspect the hair without opening the packaging to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it’s determined that Closure Addictz is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Yes, we offer student and military discounts. In order to obtain the discount you will need to email us a picture of your student or military i.d to closureaddictz@gmail.com. Secondly, include in your e-mail a message informing us of what closure you would like to purchase based off of what is listed as IN STOCK on our website. After we receive your e-mail, we will send you a PayPal invoice with the adjusted price. Your PayPal invoice will be sent to the e-mail you e-mail us from. No discount can be combined with any current promotion/sale. Student and military discounts cannot be transferred (no family or friends may use your discount). Discounts can only be applied at the time your order is placed with us. Online/website orders are NOT eligible for the student/military discount.
Shipping takes 2 to 3 days from day it is shipped. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping needs. There is a 1 to 3 day processing time on all orders.

No, the knots do not come bleached. Bleaching of the knots can cause shedding of the closure so we wouldn’t suggest it
